Support Engineer

  • Perform technical problem resolution, including analysis, troubleshooting and repair.

Support Engineer Jr

  • To diagnose and resolve operating networks incidents, including operating systems software applications (NMS)
  • To assist all of our users with any logged incident when called upon.
  • To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.
  • To install and configure new network services.
  • To set up lab environment in order to test new technologies or requirements.
  • To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware
  • Maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
  • Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
  • To be a highly motivated team player with the skills and ability to manage changing priorities.
  • To create, maintain and publish relevant support documentation in order to assist all staff/ in the quick resolution of their incidents and service requests and enable users to become more self-sufficient.
  • Exhibit a flexible approach to working on after hours where needed. Be willing to attend internal training as necessary to keep up to date with the latest technology and internal system processes.

SDWAN Presales Engineer

  • Understand the technical requirements for evaluating new business opportunities and projects.
  • Understanding customer/business requirements and needs and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Responsible for identifying the technological solution.
  • Advise clients on technological solutions within the Calculus Business portfolio.
  • Design of SDWAN, Networking and Security solutions.
  • Creation and presentation of technical proposals, demonstrations, POC to clients.
  • Relationship with suppliers and manufacturers for the creation of proposals.
  • Support the account manager with their technical knowledge of the solutions.
  • Accompany the commercial part for the closing of negotiations.
  • Establish trusted relationships with key customer decision makers and experts.
  • Development of new solutions in the portfolio.
  • Definition and design of services and improvements in networks in operation.
  • Graduated in electronic engineering, systems or telecommunications or related.
  • Commercial and technical knowledge of digital products Cloud, SDWAN, Security, Routing and Switching.
  • Desirable technical certifications: Cloud (AWS, Azure, Vmware); Networking (SDWAN), security.
  • Sales and negotiation certification (desirable).
  • Creation and design of proposals.
  • Experience reviewing and responding to RFIs, RFPs.
  • Experience reviewing and preparing HLD, LLD, MOPs.
  • Knowledge and Domain of TCP/IP and Networking.
  • Homologation of products for internetworking companies.
  • Technologies: SDWAN, GPON, 4G/5G, Switch, Router, Firewall, WLAN, WiFi 5/6, Optical Fiber, VoIP and others.
  • Have 5 years of experience in the development and design of Cloud, Data Center, Connectivity and Security solutions.
  • CCNA certification or higher.
  • Open to learning about the design and implementation of equipment from different Networking brands.
  • Experience in implementing switches, routers, wireless networks and UTM firewalls.
  • Experience in design, dimensioning and implementation of WAN/LAN networks. That is, it must be able to size equipment and adequate technology based on our portfolio.
  • Minimum 3 years of field experience, 5 years preferred.
  • Advanced English desirable.
